Often, people have difficulty finding treatment that meets their needs. As a licensed independent clinical social worker, I have provided therapy for adolescents, adults and members of LGBTQ+ community for over fifteen years.

I practice an inclusive, client-centered approach in therapy. We work together to determine the treatment most effective for you. I have expertise with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, gender-identity and trauma. I provide individual, family, group and trauma-focused therapy.

Bereavement after suicide is a profoundly difficult and complex experience. The stigma surrounding suicide and the accompanying painful emotions can leave survivors feeling isolated, especially when they need support from others. This group is specifically designed for bereaved family and friends of suicide victims. It provides a safe space for survivors to connect and support one another as they navigate the challenging questions and feelings that follow a suicide.

When someone suffers from a neurological disorder, their life and that of those who love and care for them changes dramatically. If you or a loved one has a neurological disorder diagnosis, we can discuss the complex physical, emotional, and psychological challenges that you may be facing.

To enhance my clinical social work degree, I am a certified trauma therapist, photography art therapist and licensed alcohol and drug counselor ( LADC-I).
